1. Your church website is not performing or none existent.
2. Your current website just isn't cutting it anymore and you need to get a new one.
3. Chris Pratt visited your church and you figured it's the best time to grow your church online.
Alright, so maybe number 3 is very specific.. to HillsongZOE Church, but nonetheless, we can't rule out every realistic possibility.
But what concerns the other two points, is that every time a new church comes to us, they say the same things:
• Our church website is outdated
• Our users are having a hard time navigating the website
• Our website is slow
• My website isn't reaching anybody
• We have been a church for years, and still don't have a website
• My website guy just won't get back to me on time.
*These concerns don’t apply to you? Congratulations 🎉 you’re an anomaly, and we can still help you.
how we solve those issues?
Queue our entrance: We’re hitRefresh; we love churches AND we love helping them.
We grew up in church (but more on that later), and we also grew up on the internet.
We have helped multiple churches (big and small) solve their online problems on the web.
But how do we do it?
Well, it's simple, we have studied design and development for the majority of our lives, and we know how to solve problems on your website.
To address all the points mentioned above, here's what we can do about them:
Have an outdated website? we can make it look pretty!
Your church members (or potential ones) can't find your information? We specialize in UI/UX and can help your user navigate your website with a clear design.
Your church website is slow? We use pure code (no plugins) which runs super fast on the internet, and we use a CDN and AWS (these are fancy acronyms of things that host your website rapidly).
Trouble getting traffic on your website? We have a team of SEO experts who will create a strategy for your website to rank higher and better.
And what our clients love the most is that we are a great fit for small church websites and megachurch websites.
(Feel free to Contact Us anytime if you have any questions whatsoever. )
But here comes the best part: We use the best website builder on the market, the award-winning platform called Webflow.
Let's dive a little bit deeper into our process
Understanding Our Process
Now that we have established what we solve and how we solve it, let's go over what your experience with us will look like:
Step 1: Starting With Hello
All good friendships start with a greeting, and that is where you and our team will be starting.
After we will be done talking about why our Creative Director Vlad named his Husky "Alaska", we will talk about more serious topics, such as:
What is your church's vision?
What kind of personality does your church portray?
What goal(s) are you trying to achieve by building a website for your church?
Does your church have a brand?
Once we hang up (mutually), we get straight to work! No more waiting weeks for a rough draft.
Step 2: Time to Design
This is Vlad:
We love Vlad, He will be in charge of giving your church a new look on the web.
With 5+ years of visual design experience, everything he designs is user experience-oriented and customer-driven.
At the end of the initial design phase, you will be presented with a wireframe that will showcase the layout of your website. Once you approve, we will get straight to the design process
You'll love this stage:
After we will be done researching and crafting the right design for your church, we will show you what your church website will officially look like. This is where you marvel at it, or request revisions.
He will create a good-looking design with users in mind because, in the end, their experience matters the most and the results need to speak for themselves.
Step 3: Developing the Design
This is Alan:
We love him too, He will be in charge of taking the design you just approved and bringing it to life.
Alan has been using what he describes as "the best church website building platform" on the market called Webflow since 2019.
Why? you may or may not be asking.
Well because not only does it help properly structure the website and make it look exactly as it is on the design, but this tool also offers a great system to manage your church content.
Most churches have video libraries, events pages, blog posts, messages, etc which need to be published and continuously managed. Well, Webflow offers a great Content Management System which allows you to:
Have multiple content editors.
What About Web Hosting For Your Church?
- Well, we take good care of that as well.
We host through Webflow, and they so happen to provide top quality hosting services
What do we mean by that?
Superfast content delivery via Amazon Cloudfront and Fastly (two of the best content delivery networks on the market)
Reliable Hosting via Webflow
Secure HTTPS/SSL Hosting
In other words, you don't have to worry about your website loading too slowly or not loading at all, or too many people visiting your website causing it to crash.
In many instances, churches work with digital agencies that do not understand their needs.
What ends up happening is you hire an agency and start explaining to them what you need, and why you need it. But with us, it's the other way around
Now don't get the wrong idea
We are here to understand what your church is about, and what vision your church has. But instead of you having to do your own research and scramble ideas as to what kind of pages you will need or what kind of user experience works best for churchgoers, we have accumulated enough knowledge and experience to take that weight off of you.
In short, we are here to take the headache portion out of creating your website-building experience.
This exact process has been used to help ZOE Church build their website.
And what does ZOE's Media Relations person says about us at the end of it all?
"I’ve had nothing but the best interactions and experiences working with this quick and excellent team!"
