One of the first things we have learned when starting our business is the value of relationships. A lot of the relationship starts off with a simple introduction and curious questions, but many of them evolve and few become long-lasting partnerships that bring business and personal growth. None of these relationships will grow unless we decide to put in the work and make time to create more opportunities for growth. One of the most important rules we apply in our company is in order to receive, we need to give and bring value first.

Giving chances to people

We are all people and we all go through different seasons in our lives, that’s why it’s so important to understand the value of timing and second chances. Whether you’re working with a website designer, corporate individual, or just a friend, it’s always important to see people past their mistakes and give people chances to improve. Many people strive and learn from their mistakes and often it can create great connections if people willingly work together and decide to improve and move forward.


Surround yourself with like-minded people

As a design agency, we try to surround ourselves with creative and talented people. Many of them force us to work harder on our craft, give us feedback on our approach and help on projects and ideas. We love looking over Webflow design portfolios, different brand identity designs, and user experience approach in order to learn, critique, and grow together as a community. Some of our big projects came from people who work in the sphere of web design, yet due to our strong sides in user experience websites and Webflow design decided to give us a strong recommendations.

Power of Social Media

Social media is not only for posting how much we are grinding or hustling, but also for expressing our vulnerabilities and thoughts about certain topics. Deep and meaningful conversations can lead to strategic encounters and potentially can bring relationships we have never thought we could acquire. Being involved in Webflow designer groups, talking to freelance web designers and creating conversations about user experience helped us finding new connections and even working together on projects. The time of local meetups is currently on pause, so why not take every opportunity and create relationships online?
